How to reserve?
Step 1: Fill Out Client Information Sheet & Sign Reservation Application
Step 3: Deposit Reservation Fee through designated Bank Accounts after confirmation of unit and reservation documents
Step 2: Submit fully accomplished and scan copies of Client Information Sheet & Reservation Agreement and attached Basic Documentary Requirements.
Step 4: Wait for Acknowledgement Receipt by Email or Request Original Copies at ASCENZA Sales & Marketing Showroom
Step 5: Pay Monthly Installments as scheduled
